We will best advise you on the information required and the expected timescale to produce this first stage information. Below are just a sample of some of the things we may ask you in order to proceed to proposal:
  • What service do you require (Conservation, Planning, Architectural, Materials, Energy) ?
  • Is the building / site in question protected?
  • Do you have any previous reports?
  • Do you have architectural drawings / site plan available?
  • Do you have photographs to accompany the proposal?
  • What other professions have you engaged with?
  • ​Do you have a proposed deadline for the project?
